With its unique facade, and central pool area this project provided a challenging brief. With limited access and major demolition required, the results were a contemporary home, with spacious living areas and inspirational elegance.

The central pool area was converted from a 15m lap pool to a 2.2m spa area with sauna and wet area.

The rear home was totally removed allowing for the construction of an open plan kitchen, a dining area, additional living areas, two bedrooms with ensuites, a bathroom and a bar.
The existing wings of the home were converted. One into a billiard room which overlooks the spa area, the other into the entry and hallway leading to the master bedroom with ensuite and WIR.
