"10 units at 1133 Frankston Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs I am pleased to advise that Edgebuild constructed 10 units at the above address being a retirement village satisfactorily over a period of 5 months. The contract was a fixed price contract which was met on time and on budget together with a limited amount of claimed extras. I found Michael Watts to be professional and extremely easy to deal with. Since completion he has attended promptly to any maintenance issues. On the above basis I have no hesitation in recommending Edgebuild for any building project.
