Renovate two adjoining shops in Chapel St, South Yarra.

Remove existing load bearing brickwork to allow more space for trading along with a new structure at the rear with Disabled Toilet facilities, Kitchenette and Stair access to upstairs allowing for future tenanting.

Internal shop fittings were removed and stored off site for reinstallation at the end of the project.
